We agree with the intent of the Paralym Art Contest organized by the Shougaisha Jiritsu Suishin Kikou Association to promote social participation by people with special needs and their economic independence, and have participated in the contest as a top sponsor since fiscal 2016.

Tokyo University of the Arts × Sompo Holdings: Diversity on the Arts Project (DOOR)
This initiative aims to train personnel who contribute to social inclusion* and create a social environment in which diverse people can live together through the diverse values of the arts.

  • Social inclusion refers to the concept of increasing social participation opportunities for all citizens, including the elderly, physically-challenged and other socially vulnerable people, and of mutual support as members of the local community.
